Checking your steering rack is not an easy task.
A short road test is required to observe the problem. Thereafter, we’ll put your vehicle on a 2-post hydraulic lift and accurately assess the steering rack. During the assessment process, the tie rod ends and rack ends are checked for movement. If there is a excessive movement, it is possible to only replace the tie rod ends and rack ends, but there is still a possibility of a more technical fault on your steering rack.
We may advise the complete replacement of your steering rack if the unit is faulty, but if you need full replacement you can take advantage of our low special offers by selecting your vehicle in the dropdown option above.
